Ahlstrom Spantex™ durable paper based edge bands come with either a treated or an untreated surface, and can be laminated to achieve the desired thickness. Available plain stippled or printed with a wood grain pattern.

Primer Edge bands

Spantex™ primer edge band is designed for painting and available in standard, surface-treated and glue-primed versions. The edge bands can be used as laminate base for high-quality edge bands or laminated for soft- and post-forming.

The fiber used in production of our paper is supplied from local certified timber suppliers, within a 100 kilometer radius of the plant in Billingsfors, Sweden. This allows us total control of the quality of our paper as we manage the manufacturing process from start to finish.
